Adult Ministries

Women’s, men’s, young adults, seniors, and activities…there’s a ministry for you to enjoy at Journey. Come participate and grow! Contact us for more information.

College Ministry:

Join our college fellowship every Thursday at 7:00p at Journey, Room #202 . Visit our our Facebook page for more details.

Young Adults:

We’re young adults in our 20s and 30s that meet for small group study, fellowship, and food. We dig into the Bible and books to challenge ourselves to live as an faith community in today’s society. We gather for lunch the 1st Sunday of every month and meet for book study and small groups every Wednesday at 7:30pm. Come check us out! For more info: Pastor Elliott.

HUG Hearts Under Grace:

HUG (Hearts Under Grace) groups are small group ministries that meet at area homes for bible study, prayer and fellowship. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join or form a HUG group.  JourneyEC has small group ministries in Orange County and Long Beach, many are open to those seeking stronger spiritual growth with other Christians. We encourage all to be part of a small group ministry. Contact Tom Yee for information.

OFF Ministry (Outreach in Faith and Fellowship):

OFFWe’re an active senior fellowship with members in their 60s and beyond. We encourage people in their spiritual walk through the OFF fellowship programs and activities, Bible studies (Tuesday mornings and monthly HUG groups) and prayer, as well as outreach to the community through ping pong and tennis during the week. Visit one of our OFF fellowship small groups or come to one of our events. We welcome you to get acquainted with us. We believe God is calling us to minister in His name and to share the “Good News” of Jesus Christ. “May God, the source of hope, fill you with joy and peace through your faith in Him. Then you will overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans8:24-25.  Contact Tom Yee for information.

 Women’s Ministry:

We bring women of all ages at Journey together, to grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to each other, in fellowship and friendship as sisters in Christ.  It is our desire to be the Titus 2 woman who is reverent and an exemplary woman of God who honors Him in the way that she lives.  Having women of all ages make a church strong. The elder teach the young through word and by example to pass down values to the next generation, ensuring that God’s Kingdom and purpose continues on as in the Great Commission–“making disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey His commandments.”  Contact Pat Leung for more information.
