Our Team

Pastor Richard Pfeil

Senior Pastor

Hometown

I was born in Butler, Pennsylvania, and from elementary through high school, grew up in multiple cities between Pittsburgh and Erie in Pennsylvania’s western region. There isn’t one place I call home – a good metaphor for the path I’ve travelled as a Pastor and Christian. This world is not our home as we’re all rootless and looking for our true home–life with the Father.

What’s the best part about your role?

I love God’s call on my life and enjoy developing relationships with my congregation and the privilege of connecting people to God seeing growth as they “get it.”  My life’s goal has never changed: “To help people find the same connection to God I have discovered in Jesus Christ, My Savior and Lord.”

Pastor Elliott Siu

Pastor of  Youth & Family Ministries

Hometown

Irvine, CA

What’s the best part about your role?

Seeing people begin to understand the Gospel and applying it to their lives. It’s so exciting when a person realizes that the Gospel is more than just a ticket out of hell, but a way to redeem our thoughts, feelings, and daily living. Youth, College, and Young Adults are creating habits that they will keep for the rest of their lives, and helping them live out the Gospel in the community of God’s people brings a great sense of fulfillment.

Pastor Samuel Pech

Children’s Ministry Pastor

Hometown

Menlo Park, CA

What’s the best part about your role?

Seeing the “lights come on” in a child when they first completely understands the ultimate sacrifice and redemptive power of Jesus Christ. Watching a child give their life to Christ is one of the best sights anyone can ever witness or be a part of. It’s like watching your child take their first steps.

Pastor Paul Eng

Pastor of Chinese Ministry

Hometown

Hong Kong

What’s the best part about your role?

I want to fulfill God’s five purposes together with other Christians: worship, spiritual growth, service, fellowship, and sharing the good news. My purposes are to bring people to Lord Jesus Christ and to become children of God in His family, develop them to Christ-like maturity, and equip them for ministry in the Church, and life mission in the world, in order to magnify God’s name.
